Our idylic, pretty villa is situtated in one of the most popular residential areas on the coast, embedded in restful greenery.

Villa Casablanca is surrounded by well tended lawns and magnificent trees, which results in a small sun soaked paradise. The radiant white walls of the villa, the shimmering blue pool and terracotta shade of the terraces add to the whole idyll, all this is rounded off by a picturesque sea view.

All the rooms have a bright and pleasant feel, giving a sense of well being that some villas make their own. At pool level is a self contained apartment, also with stunning far reaching views.

The location is absolutely ideal: beaches, restaurants, shops and other amenities are conveniently within immediate proximity.

Prices are for the property per week and are in UK pounds.

Changeover day:
Changeover day is flexible. The villa is available on arrival from 5pm and should be vacated by 10am on departure, however these times are flexible depending upon other bookings.

Accommodation:

Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
Bedroom 4 with twin beds.
Bedroom 5 with double bed.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath and shower.

Two further bathrooms, each with shower, wc and sink.

Kitchen upstairs: with cooker,

hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

Kitchen downstairs: with cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster.

Utility Room: Utility room with washer and tumble dryer.

Living Rooms: Living room upstairs with large 'L' shaped sofa, wood burning stove, TV, DVD, and cable TV with English channels.

Wi-Fi internet included.

Living room downstairs: with wicker furniture plus, TV, DVD, Play Station Two and access directly to the pool area.

Cleaning: Bathroom towels and linen are included and will be changed mid-way through a two week rental.

Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

Notes on accommodation:
Cots and highchairs available to hire on request. Central heating for winter months, extra. Gardens and pool are maintained weekly.

Facilities provided:
Hob, stove oven, fridge freezer microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, cable tv, central heating, barbeque and private pool which can be heated.

The pool is for the sole use of guests.

Outside:

The villa is in a tranquil position, its large gardens contain many different plants and trees including many shady palm trees. The swimming pool is private with wonderful sea views and a large poolside terrace.

A BBQ and ample garden furniture is provided.

Coast/Beach:

There are 4 beaches close by, Ambolo beach is a 5-10 minute walk, Granadella is a 5 minute drive as is the beach at La Barraca, and the large Arenal beach is 8-10 minutes by car.

Golf:

Javea golf club is a 15 minute drive away and La Sella is approx 25 minute drive.

Travel:

Both Valencia and Alicante airports are an hours drive away with both airports being serviced by most of the budget airlines including Ryanair, Easyjet and Jet2.

Car hire is highly recommended.

Distances:

The beach at Javea is an 8-10 minute drive and the port area is another couple of minutes from there.

The pretty town of Moraira is a 20 minute drive as is the larger town of Denia, and for those wishing to find the bright lights of Benidorm, a 35 minute motorway drive will take you there.

Further details:

Close by are many interesting towns and villages including the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC. Most of the local towns and villages have a weekly market and fiestas (festivals) throughout the year. Karting and quad-biking are available locally. Snorkeling, scuba diving and various boat trips are available off the coast of Denia and Javea. For the children, big and small, how about a day out at one, or all, of these fun parks; The Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Marine Animal Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park can all be found at Benidorm. El Vergel Safari Park is about 20 mins by car. There is horse riding available nearby, also worth a visit are the caves at Benidoleig.
